Innovative conditions of labor

In this paper, the necessity of innovative development of not only the production and financial sphere of an enterprise but also the formation of working conditions is grounded. The author examines the main factors that determine the comfort of working conditions and affect the productivity of workers. The main directions of improving the working conditions for both large organizations and small businesses are presented.
