The article deals with the problem of a business meeting in a modern organization as a means of solving production problems, conditions for the effectiveness of a business meeting. Along with traditional types, innovative types of meetings are analyzed. The new format of meetings, according to the authors, forms a positive motivation of employees at the meeting and serves as a prevention of organizational conflicts
