Innovative green technologies for sustainable development of industrial real estate

Sustainable industrial development requires a balance between economic growth and the environment. The two main components of industrial development are energy and raw materials. To minimize the impact of energy and raw materials on the environment, important steps need to be taken to address the problems of green economy and global warming. The use of innovative technologies for industrial gas emissions is a proactive solution to the problem of global warming. A study was conducted in the industrial area in Cilegon (IEC), Banten Province, Indonesia, to find out how to reduce energy demand and encourage the use of more clean energy in the area. The fossil energy needs in the industrial zone were analyzed to see the possibilities of energy saving and the development of renewable energy sources. The goal to be achieved is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase energy efficiency in the industrial park.
