The article explores an innovative and comprehensive approach to dental arch rehabilitation in cases of partial edentulism associated with chronic generalized periodontitis. The aim of the study is to improve methods of comprehensive rehabilitation for partial edentulism in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis through the implementation of modern implantological and prosthetic technologies. The study examined the specifics of dental implantation and periodontal treatment in 379 patients with varying degrees of chronic generalized periodontitis: 159 patients with mild, 154 with moderate, and 66 with severe forms of the disease. Treatment outcomes were most favorable among patients with mild periodontitis, where positive functional and aesthetic results were achieved in 98.4% of cases. Slightly lower, yet still high, success rates were observed in the moderate group, where satisfactory functional and aesthetic outcomes were recorded in 96.2% of patients. In the group with severe chronic generalized periodontitis, a predictable decline in success was noted, with positive outcomes achieved in 93.1% of cases. Nevertheless, this indicator remains sufficiently high and confirms the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of dental implants even in cases involving significant anatomical and morphological alterations of the periodontal tissues.
