An innovative approach to improving the management mechanism of the higher education system

In the article, the leading role is assigned to the activities of university faculties, which are responsible for the employment of graduates and the proposed methodology is aimed at improving the efficiency of their work. The integration of heuristic, synergetic methods of forecasting the labor market and the use of qualimetric assessment of graduate competencies makes it possible to improve the management mechanism of both an individual university and the higher education system as a whole.
