Innovative potential as a way to increase the investment attractiveness of an enterprise

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of investment and innovation activities, analyzes in detail the relevant terminology, as well as the methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise through the development of innovative potential. The study is aimed at identifying the relationship between the investment attractiveness of an organization and its innovative potential in order to explain the way to increase the attractiveness of a company for investors by increasing the innovative potential of an organization. The relevance of the topic lies in the possibility of applying the considered way of attracting financing in the current conditions of the national economy and the economic situation in the world as a whole. In the course of the work, own definitions of the concepts of “investment attractiveness” and “innovative potential” were compiled, a way to increase the investment attractiveness of a company by increasing its innovative potential was considered, and favorable conditions for innovative activity in the territory of the Russian Federation were identified in view of an increase in the level of innovative activity of enterprises. The data obtained during the study can be applied in practice by the heads of various enterprises that operate in the territory of the Russian Federation.
