Innovative potential of the production of south of Russia: instruments of management for the purpose of the lowering of the regional asymmetry

The all-Russian vector of modernization of industrial production on the basis of innovations, being projected on mesolevel, the determinant which is significantly differentiated not only in country scales, but also certain regions is considerably corrected under the influence of a region. Use of adaptive tools of the assessment and management of the potential of the industrial innovations, taking into conside ration the tendencies which have been developed in the concrete region, is one of the instruments of lowering of regional asymmetry and achievement of the balanced modernizational development of industrial production.
