Innovative potential of Russia and its implementation in the conditions of sanctions

The article analyzes the consequences of economic sanctions for the innovative development of Russia. In recent years, there has been a sharp decline in the net inflow of foreign direct investment in Russia, which exacerbates the problem of domestic sources of domestic innovation policy. The authors considered the place of Russia in the ratings on the innovative development of the World Economic Forum, formulated the main measures aimed at using the innovative potential in modern conditions.
