The article studies intercultural communication in the children’s art. The research objectives are: to carry out a culturological analysis of children's artworks that have foreign cultural codes; to reveal the role of basic codes of native ethnic culture; to consider the ways of decoding of foreign cultural signs and symbols in the children's art text.
