Foreign investments as a fundamental factor of Krasnoyarsk territory development

The article emphasizes the value of foreign investments for spatial development of Krasnoyarsk Krai, and considers investment appeal of the region. The countries investing in the region's development are named. The special attention is paid to the investment flows from China. It is noted that the biggest part of Chinese investments are not direct, but rather other investments, the main focus of which is providing trade credits to regional organizations. The authors discuss distribution of Chinese direct investment to the economy of the region.
