Foreign bonds as a financial instrument for project financing

This article focuses on the main trends in project financing. The authors have reviewed types of financial instruments used in project financing. The article focuses on advantages of raising debt capital for projects in the global financial market. Using the public and private sectors as objects of study, authors have analyzed the current experience of using this type offinancing worldwide and in domestic market of Russia.
