Institutionalization of the youth organizations and associations in modern Russia: problems and prospects

The article is devoted to the specifics of the operation of the youth associations in modern Russia. The authors give different conceptual approaches to the development of youth associations and organizations and emphasize the issues of institutionalization in modern Russian conditions. The article provides some basic types of youth organizations, on the basis of which the functional role of the main activities of these structures in the political life of society is disclosed. The article also focuses on the problems of cooperation between youth organizations and associations and state and municipal authorities.
