Institutional differentiation of power as a factor of effective political management

So far as management is one of the main functions of government, the differentiation of institutional power is meaningful in improving its efficiency. Giving proper authority and power resources to the management subjects is an important condition for effective management decision making with regard to their targeting, effectiveness, and self-regulation of the level of subsystems. Differentiation of power provides the definition of levels of responsibility in the management. The quality of management is provided by increasing redistributive function of government, which determines the direction of the development of society. That is why its functioning should be transparent to the public.
