Institutional dynamics of the emergence and development of insolvency relations in Russia the Russian economic system

The modern institution of bankruptcy, consisting of a set of formal and informal rules, is an institutional environment in which the relationships that have arisen between individual economic agents in the field of insolvency are regulated, mechanisms that enforce the established rules are developed and applied, as well as a set of possible variants of interpretation of these rules, with the determination of the nature of their use in the future.
