Institutional dimension of the legal framework of state information policy Republic of Belarus

For the first time, methodological aspects of the institutional dimension of the legal foundations of state information policy (GIP) have been developed. An applied analysis of the genesis and dynamics of development of GIP in the Republic of Belarus was carried out. Generalizations of innovative methodology and practice of GIP have been made. The factorial role of the GIP in ensuring information sovereignty and national security is substantiated.
