Institutional development of power service activity in Russia

One of the sharpest and actual economic entities for the majority is the problem of high consumption of energy resources that staticizes a problem of providing the optimum conditions of energy consumption providing energy saving and increase of energy efficiency. One of legislatively fixed tools urged to solve the specified problem are power service contracts. In article evolution of institute of power service contracts is analyzed, the organization of functioning of power service companies is considered, the directions of development of the market ofpower services are defined. The attention is focused on the directions of state regulation in the field ofpower service activity.
