Institutional market regulation of higher professional education services on the regional level

The article emphasizes that the higher school is still poorly adapted to the market economy, its content and growth rates are lagging behind requirements of the regional labour market. The authors suggest organizational mechanism of reconciliation between the regional labour market needs in specialists and supply of the higher professional education market, the central link of which is the Marketing center and the Council of qualification development.
