Institutional innovations in ensuring digital transformation and digital trade in the Eurasian Economic Union

The article is devoted to the analysis of institutional and legislative innovations of the digital transformation of the economy of the Eurasian Economic Union. The analysis of new regulatory legal acts and initiatives for the implementation of the digital transformation strategy and the formation of the digital infrastructure of the EAEU is given electronic commerce, protection of competition in digital markets, information exchange in the field of countering illegal income, consumer protection in the Eurasian region, new standards for Internet management, international information security and cooperation between the EAEU and ASEAN.
