Institutional bases of the economic policy of the state in Russia

The article is devoted to the system of economic institutions in Russia. The article considers the system of economic institutions as the root system of the economy as a whole. The problems that cause the weakness of the institutional support of the economy and hinder the growth and development of the country's economy are identified. The aspects of the current state of the institutional development of the Russian economy in the field of the banking sector and monetary policy are considered.
