Institutional conditions and restrictions of investment financing of natural monopolies

The author believes that development of the national economics depends on the efficiency of natural monopolies. The article discusses the main economic trends and historical experience of the use of neo-classical and institutional approaches to the regulation of industries crises, as well as their impact on the further economic development of the natural monopolies. The author considers basic contradictions and constraints to the financial development of economic sectors, presents guidelines for legislation amendments.
