Institutional opportunities for stabilizing and developing Russian enterprise development

In this research work, the influence on the development of Russian entrepreneurship is considered. At present, there is a tendency for weak implementation of state programs to support entrepreneurship. As practice shows, state policy, which introduces complex accounting reporting and increased tax burden, helps many entrepreneurs in business. Conditions for the functioning of the Institute of Entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation were noted.
