Institutional aspect of political activity in post-industrial society

The general problem of this article is the process of institutional appearance of the political activity of the subjects in terms of post-industrial society. The author gives a special attention to the principle of organization of modern institutes and analyzes the efficiency degree of hierarchical and net structures in new conditions. As an example of successful institutionalization of political activity of social subjects the author describes an electronic government. It is built on the net principle with hierarchical elements, which allows to combine different forms and displays of political activity within the limit of one institute, which functions in the virtual space.
