Institutes the approach to management of digital economy in new conditions of formation of reinvestment cycles and applications of an artificial intellect in development of reasonable sphere of industrial system

The society, the person, knowledge, a nature is investigated by a problem of intellectual numeric control by economy in new information system. On this basis the new approach to formation of subsystems of the government by digital economy is determined. Creation of institutes and legal mechanisms of programming of new subsystems and requirements to a substantiation legal and acts of regulation is considered by digital economy. The expediency of creation of National system of the government is recommended digital economy.
