This article examines the role of the notary in the field of inheritance business. The problematic points in terms of determining the inheritance and the composition of the inherited property are highlighted. It is proposed to pay special attention to the issue of informing citizens about the legal features of the inheritance case. The author came to the conclusion that the problems that arise when considering disputes in the field of inheritance relations are of practical and theoretical interest for lawyers, but they require a detailed analysis and separate independent study.
