Institute of family bankruptcy of citizens as a way of protecting the rights of borrowers in Russia and abroad

It is proposed to introduce the institution of family bankruptcy in Russia by expanding the circle of persons who can file a petition for insolvency (bankruptcy) of citizens. It is concluded that since the jurisprudence on this issue is heterogeneous, as the law does not have the opportunity to file one application for spouses who have joint property and debts, changes in the law will change this situation in a positive way.
