The institution of status public law: ontological characteristics in the context of gnoseological precepts

This article presents the author's version of status public law ontology - a complex institution in the public law system in the scope of society legal system. There is a substantiated idea that the ontological characteristics of status public law are putted in a position of dependence on gnoseological precepts and research principles. The article author is identified the status public law features under the influence of research attitude to the effect that law itself is a matrix structure - a plolymode phenomenon, a phenomenon of conceptual ideas about person-centrism (human being centrism) and interdisciplinary in the contemporary conditions of socio-humanistic development. In the conclusion, the article author is developed the conception “status public law”, formulated its attribution and defined the prospects of the future theoretical-legal development.
