The institute of labor migration as a priority of Russian state language policy

In conditions where the institutional framework of the Russian Federation had been finally formed as a result of the post-Soviet transformation process, the country faces with new trends: that is labor migration flows, which made special adjustments in state policy and management. Being one of the significant elements of socio-political cooperation, the institute of labor migration contributed to the revision of the late mechanisms in the system of political management in the migration sphere, ensuring the balances of socio-political, cultural, legal and economic interests in society. In the Russian state policy, various institutional political aspects of labor migration are laid down. This article explores the political and language segment of labor migration as a priority of Russian state policy.
