Institutions and toolkit of forming the effective system of state stimulation of small business: the USA experience

The article studies the specifics of the system of state support for small and medium U.S. businesses, modern institutions and instruments of effective realization of state policies to support SMEs. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the U.S. Small Business Administration, roles and strategic goals of the General Inspectorate and the Small Business Advocacy. The author considers a range of measures to encourage small and medium-sized export-oriented enterprises.
