Instrumental analysis of sources of industrial emissions and emissions of automobile transport to the air environment in conditions of urban territories (on the example of city district Togliatti)

In conditions of urban territories problem of pollution of air environment in is becoming more and more important. In this paper results of instrumental analysis of the sources of industrial emissions and of emissions of automobile transport to air environment in conditions of urban territory on the example of city district Togliatti - large industrial and transport center - have been described. Main sources of emissions and peculiarities of its instrumental analysis have been considered. Results of measurements of parameters of atmosphere air at the border of the sanitary protective zone of the territory of north industrial unit of Togliatti city as well as results of instrumental research of quality of atmosphere air on the basis of average daily concentrations of pollutants typical for vehicles (carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, hydrocarbons, sulfur dioxide) at the nodal points of transport networks of Togliatti with maximal intensity of traffic movement as well as in other points have been described. It is concluded that in the whole city the level of air pollution is high. It is necessary to continue monitoring researches of parameters of atmosphere air during the operation of chemical enterprises and near to the automobile transport highways and also to study the statistics of illnesses of population working and living near to the territory of dangerous zones.
