Tools information and analytical modeling strategies of import substitution and development of the leading sectors of Russian economy

A worthy response of our country to the imposition of sanctions restrictions by Western countries was the development and implementation of import substitution strategies and the development of leading sectors of the Russian economy. The relevance of the topic of the article is determined by the systematic approach used in developing strategies for import substitution and development in relation to the leading sectors of the Russian economy. Its implementation lies in the fact that in forming the strategy of import substitution and development of each sector, functional features and principles of production organization were taken into account. In practice, this makes it possible to classify some of the leading sectors as deterministic, and others as stochastic systems.
