Tools of ensuring the quality of the logistics process in the delivery chain

The article reveals the development of a quality management tool of logistics processes in the delivery chain. The author cites the results of a study of negative customer reviews of the online store, according to which most of the inconsistencies are related to logistics processes in the delivery chain. During the analysis of existing approaches to assessing the quality of the logistics process, it was revealed that the existing models do not take into account the distribution of responsibility for the quality parameters of the logistics process between different participants in the delivery chain, and also do not take into account risks. The tool proposed by the author, based on blockchain technology, allows us to reliably and accurately determine the parameters of the logistics process, record deviations and those responsible for their occurrence, automatically inform about the beginning of deviations for the development of preventive measures, as well as make effective management decisions taking into account risks and opportunities.
