This paper presents the results of research on socially equitable development strategy strengthening for federal units. Government Decision, 20 August 2015 #870 on spatial development strategy consistent framework is discussed including accurate information providing. The obtaining information flow chart based on official statistics and component analysis is constructed for regional co-evolution modeling. It can be used to indicate the regional condition. Experimental substantiation of data collection that help for reliable results is presented.
