Financial support tools for small and medium-sized businesses in Russia

Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) are the backbone of any country's economic system, providing a significant share of employment and making a significant contribution to GDP. Currently and in the near future, the Russian SMEs are facing serious financial challenges against the background of sanctions, requiring effective state support tools. This article examines in detail the key instruments of financial support for SMEs, provides statistical data, examples of foreign experience, including Chinese practice, as well as the expected effects of the implementation of these measures in 2025.
