The object of research of the article is socio-ecologo-economic assessment of territories being especially actual problem in the conditions of the transition to the market economy. Working out of a mechanism for integrated socio-ecological-economic assessment of the areas necessary for the balanced development of the regional economy and achievement of ecologo-economic wellbeing.
