The instruments for determining of forms and methods of financing of innovative activities at the defense industrial complex enterprises

The article is devoted to the basic points, concerning the research on financing of innovative activities at the enterprises of DIC. Laws, financial principles, specific factors which influence the financing of innovative activities at DIC enterprises, have been determined. Major tasks, affecting the financial process have been indicated and formalized models have been offered.
