Industrial supply chain optimization tools under sanctions pressure

The article discusses the interaction of effective tools for the development of the industrial complex in order to optimize the supply chain of Russian enterprises. The cluster approach in the activities of special economic zones makes it possible to rationally approach the issue of the formation of long-term and sustainable ties between participants in these institutions, to the problem of reducing production costs, increasing the competitiveness of products and the companies themselves, as well as to obtain a cumulative synergistic effect from the interaction between cluster entities and residents. These tools serve as a driver for the effective development of individual regions, comprehensively form additional opportunities for optimal in terms of territory, costs and market, supply chains, which, under the conditions of sanctions, reveals the basis for points of growth of industry both in the region and in the state as a whole.
