Instruments to improve efficient management for Russian chemical companies

The modern methods and instruments of analysis of the performance management and possibility of its improvement are considered in the article, for specifics of the value chain in the chemical industry. An example of the assessment of business-processes of inventory management for a continuous production cycle enterprise with a scope of the improvement of the performance management is given.
