Proactive supervision tools in the Russian financial market

The article analyzes the tools of projective supervision in the Russian financial market. It describes the main reforms that helped to achieve the emergence of a trusting environment in relations between credit institutions and consumers of banking services. It is concluded that the new proactive banking supervision provides an opportunity to maintain transparent activities of credit organizations in relations with the regulator and helps to introduce new digital technologies in the financial sector.
