The career guidance tools in industrial and popular science tourism: the problems and prospects of personnel potential

Today in Russia, interest in industrial and popular science tourism is growing. At the same time industrial and education sectors have established system of career guidance mechanisms. All this can be used to increase the prestige of working and scientific professions, develop the labor market, and increase human resources potential. But the problems of outflow of personnel from science cities and lack of labor in regions and municipalities persist and even worsen. Now, there is no unambiguous methodology for assessing the effectiveness of career guidance measures carried out by enterprises. Therefore, the article makes an attempt to study the problems of career guidance at the industrial and scientific enterprises through the case of Moscow oblast, which is a powerful industrial, scientific and production region and a tourist destination. We can outline the groups of problems of career guidance work have been identified, such as complicated information and factual accessibility, lack of strategic interaction among subjects of the career guidance process, limited content and formats of work, problems of communication with young people, the lack of forecast and creation of incorrect expectations from the profession, mistakes in understanding the target audience and lack of consistency in work. The result of the study is a model of network interaction among subjects of the career guidance process and recommendation to extend the formats for working with different age categories of children and youth. The results of the work can be used in career guidance work by all stakeholders in the organization of industrial and popular science tourism to address personnel, image, and other issues of regional development.
