Development tools of public-private partnership in Russia

The article assesses the development of public-private partnership in Russia in the period from 2016 to the current moment. The main problems hindering the development of PPPs will be identified: lack of consistency, short-term approach to development and financing, lack of regulatory framework, low informing regional and municipal authorities, as well as business about the PPP system. The proposed tools for the development of the mechanism of PPP in the Russian economy.
