Instruments of management of the human and intellectual capital in the conditions of digital economy

The main components of a concept “the human capital” in modern society in the context of transition of society to knowledgeable and digital economy are considered. The concepts of “human capital” and “intellectual capital” of the company are related. The human capital is understood as the capital non-material asset of the company which is a factor of competitiveness of the companies in the modern world. The human capital is analyzed at the different levels of economy, modern instruments of development of the human and intellectual capital in the modern companies are also defined.
