Tools management effectiveness of production activity

In this paper, a study of the subprocess management performance of production activities. On the example of the activity of a particular organization, such tools as: subprocess management technology, innovation potential and a set of measures for the development of this subprocess were used. When determining the appropriateness of the application of the selected proposals, a forecast was made for the effectiveness of their impact on the economic performance of the or-ganization.
