Instruments for management of the unevolved enterprise production

In this paper, a study of the subprocess management of the unfinished production enterprise. On the example of the activity of a particular enterprise, such tools as: subprocess management technology, innovative potential and a set of measures for the development of this subprocess were used. When determining the appropriateness of the application of the selected proposals, a forecast was made for the effectiveness of their impact on the company's economic indicators.
