Management tools for reducing the risks of foreign economic activities of the Chinese company “Huawei”

The article discusses the management tools that Huawei uses to reduce the risks of foreign economic activity. The authors have highlighedt the financial results of foreign economic activity, showing the share of individual markets in the company's revenue. Among the risk reduction tools, insurance against all types of risks is considered.
