Instruments of influence of the state youth policy on the migration attitudes of the youth of the Russian Federation

This article presents an analysis of the current values of the youth of the Russian Federation and their constraining and pushing factors of migration, examines the values transmitted by normative legal acts in the field of youth policy such as the Federal Law «On Youth Policy in the Russian Federation» dated 12/30/2020 and «Fundamentals of the State Youth Policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025», as well as tools for the formation of Rosmolodezh values and migration attitudes of Russian youth.
