Integration of a Digital Platform for B2B Supply Management: from Configuration to Business Process Automation

Digital transformation in the B2B supply chain requires enterprises to create flexible, scalable platforms that can ensure transparent interaction with customers and partners. The article discusses the project of building an integrated IT system covering processes from product configuration to order processing and interaction with ERP systems. The architecture of the platform with a modular structure, hierarchical catalog of nomenclature, solution configurator and built-in security mechanisms is presented. Special attention is paid to data synchronization, API interoperability, change logging and access control. The described approach allows to increase the speed of request processing, ensure the relevance of information and lay the foundation for further automation and scaling of processes.
