The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. The research problem lies in identifying the connection between the development of continuing professional education and the effectiveness of innovation activity in regions. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to ensure a skilled workforce for the successful implementation of innovative projects and sustainable economic growth of regions, given the continuously evolving nature of professional knowledge and skills. The goal of the research is to determine the correlation between the development of continuing professional education and the level of innovative activity in the regions. Methodology. The research methodology employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques. Quantitative analysis will be conducted based on the statistical processing of data on the number of students enrolled in innovation-related continuing professional education programs and indicators of regional economic development. Qualitative data will be collected through document analysis and interviews with representatives of educational organizations and innovation-driven enterprises.
