Integration of ESG finance into the public and municipal administration sector of the social sphere

In the article, the authors consider the concept, essence and tools of ESG finance, the mechanism of their application in the sector of state and municipal government. The most important issue of sustainable development of the state is the development of a mechanism for the use of ESG finance in the implementation of infrastructure projects. At the regional level, projects with sustainable financing are successfully implemented with the participation of national development institutions, state corporations VEB.RF, DOM. RF, but for the municipal level the mechanism still needs to be created. The authors, after conducting a study, make a logical conclusion that a similar mechanism and tools of ESG finance, with some adaptation, can be applied at the municipal level.
