The article considers the issues of improving the information interaction of the customs authorities of the Eurasian Economic Union through the integration of information resources. As a result of the analysis of some legal acts, the author notes that information interaction and the exchange of electronic documents is provided within the transboundary space of trust with the help of information resources. The author focuses on the application of certain resources in the work of the customs authorities - the “single window” mechanism, a unique customs identification number, the preliminary notification procedure, and the “trusted third party” service. It seems important to automate and integrate all customs processes at the level of the Union as a whole, which will increase the convenience and accessibility of electronic document exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union and other states and will increase the level of reliability and security of cross-border interstate information interaction.
