Integration of information technologies into design and production processes

The article discusses modern approaches to the implementation of information technology (IT) in design and production processes. The main areas of integration are analyzed, such as automation of design work, digital modeling, production management systems and their impact on the efficiency, quality and flexibility of production processes. Promising development areas and challenges in the implementation of IT innovations in mechanical engineering are presented.
